Q. What days are trash and yard waste pick up?
A. Trash pickup is Friday, Yard waste is Wednesday and recycle pickup is every other Monday.
Q. The street light in front of my house is out. What do I do?
A. Get the number off of the lamp pole and contact JEA at 650-6000 to report the lamp out, or you may submit an online form directly to JEA by clicking here.
Q. If I have a complaint or a problem with a neighbor, what can the Association do to resolve the situation?
A. The Board of Directors encourages neighbors to attempt to resolve the problem first by good communication. If the problem is a violation of the Covenants and Restrictions, the Board is obligated to take action, the first of which is to inform the owner of the problem and ask for an explanation.
Q. I am having repeated problems with stray animals in my yard. What do I do?
A. If you have a problem with a stray cat, dog or even wild animal in your yard, you may contact animal control at 387-8963 and request that a trap be brought out. Once the animal is caught, animal control will return and pick up both the trap and the animal.
