On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our community web site. Creekside Oaks is a small, family oriented community consisting of approximately 159 homes located off Blair road on the westside of Jacksonville.
The purpose of the Creekside Oaks Homeowners Association is to promote the value, recreation, health, safety, welfare and enjoyment of the homeowners within the community. The Association strives to ensure that Creekside Oaks is preserved for high quality residential use by promoting a safe, friendly and attractive community.
The following is a summary of the things that make our subdivision special:

The purpose of this website is to provide the homeowners of our community with easy access to the association and information relevant to our neighborhood. The site is dedicated to communicating neighborhood events, reporting committee activities and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
